How to validate clusters that are obtained from spectral clustering on my
real dataset?

How to validate clusters that are obtained from spectral clustering on my
real dataset?
The clustering method depends on two input variables:
Number of clusters
Parameter that take value between zero and one.
I know I must use one of the internal validation factors but there are
many different internal validation factors. So, I want if someone uses
different factors suggest me the best factor or two or three best factors
for my purpose and please explain the reason or explain how to select the
best one (to check number of cluster and the other parameter).
